Integration of LiveChat support into the Control Panel has been accomplished

A recent comprehensive analysis of customer behavior has uncovered that certain users of web hosting encounter difficulties when attempting to upgrade their existing account settings through the Control Panel.

To address this issue and guide them toward the most pertinent solution, ensuring they follow the correct checkout process, we have seamlessly integrated a LiveChat feature into the Web Hosting Control Panel.

This LiveChat functionality will become visible in the lower right corner of the screen whenever a customer accesses any of the order pages available within the Control Panel:

The page for renewing plans

The page for upgrading plans

The page for ordering new plans

The LiveChat feature will be positioned in the lower right corner of the Control Panel interface.

The LiveChat service integrated into the Control Panel will be administered by our Sales Department team.

The primary objective of this LiveChat option is to assist customers who may be uncertain about the service they should order, especially when they have exhausted their resources or have outgrown the capabilities of their present service.

For customers seeking technical assistance with their accounts, they will still be directed to the ticketing system section as before.
